As Brand Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for driving our marketing initiatives towards the growth of our Medical product portfolio and revenue in EMEA. You will develop strong customer relationships, collaborate closely with in-country Sales and Marketing colleagues as well as with the Medical Brand Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • In your new role, you will start with a familiarization phase with product trainings to learn about the product portfolio and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You will provide support to Brand/Education/Marketing managers in the development and sales support for our Medical products.
  • You will develop, drive and have ownership in central and local tactics, actions and campaigns to drive business results.
  • You will perform sales and marketing analysis, literature development, online educational platform tools, online courses, presentations or publicity.
  • You will gather internal and external market insights, learning trends etc. for continuous improvement and to share with stakeholders.
  • You may develop and execute on education plans, provide sales trainings, develop roadmaps and drive new product launches.
  • You will develop sales tools, customer engagement programs, events, and drive marketing campaign execution.
  • With the support from your manager, you allocate and manage the budget in alignment with strategic priorities.
  • You will provide support to the Sales team in the field as needed.
