The purpose of the role is to increase brand awareness and build brand equity and brand commitment. To help Bell attract new clients and talent, enabling the business to grow and deliver a broader and deeper portfolio of products and services that span the globe. Responsible for developing and executing a brand marketing strategy. Driving activities, events, PR and content that showcases the functional benefits of Bell whilst celebrating its diverse and inclusive culture

Responsibilities:

  • Working with the leadership, HR and recruitment to develop a brand strategy that defines and celebrates who we are and what we want to be famous for.
  • Working with an external agency to develop a PR strategy pursuing relevant PR opportunities, publications and awards that promote Bell and its staff.
  • Provide brand analysis from our trusted client base and competitive brand analysis evaluating Bell’s position against the competition.
  • Develop our tone of voice and create content with the relevant leadership and stakeholders on our position on important issues, including our DEI, CSR, ESG and employment initiatives.
  • Collaborating with company stakeholders encourages advocacy from our employees, customers, and partners, with the view to generating positive external UX and CX reviews on business directories, partner portals, job sites, and social media.
  • Manage and leverage our social media streams, charity partnerships and sponsorships for maximum exposure.
  • Working with the Vendor Alliance team to drive co-branding initiatives and awards with our vendors, suppliers and partners.
  • Update the brand guidelines and police its correct use to ensure consistency.
  • Working with external agencies to create and execute brand collateral, videos and events
  • Reporting on core KPIs including, B2B Brand Awareness, Brand Recognition Brand loyalty and Brand Equity

Qualifications:

  • Has 5+ years’ experience in B2B Technology Marketing, focusing brand awareness
  • Have a proven track record of positioning and marketing in the tech sector.
  • Provide strong project management skills who can successfully coordinate and direct multiple stakeholders, brand messaging and media.
  • Has experience partnering with external agencies and leading/influencing external and internal content and creative teams.
  • Experience in planning and maintaining marketing and PR budgets, proving brand value and ROI
  • Be an excellent communicator and team player.
  • Dynamic and tenacious with a drive to constantly improve the Bell brand.
