Job Description:

  1. Brand Identity and Strategy Development:
  • Lead the creation and implementation of brand guidelines and visual identity to ensure consistency across all platforms.
  • Define and communicate the brand’s strategic positioning, unique selling propositions, and target audience.
  1. Website and CRM Management:
  • Manage the redesign of the website to align with the new brand guidelines, enhancing user experience and brand consistency. Ensure that the website effectively communicates the brand’s mission, vision, and unique selling propositions.
  • Oversee website user experience and continuously optimize the website for SEO, loading speed, and mobile responsiveness to improve organic traffic and user engagement.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive CRM system to better understand customer behaviors and preferences. Leverage CRM data to personalize marketing efforts (email marketing), enhance customer relationships, and increase customer retention.
  1. Impact Content Development and Management:
  • Manage digital platforms and social media presence, ensuring all content is on-brand and optimized for engagement.
  • Create and refine a content strategy for digital and traditional media that effectively communicates the brand’s message and values. Produce and oversee high-quality content across various channels, including blogs, press releases, and social media that drive revenue (content with impact).
  1. Campaign Management:
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with brand strategy and drive customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to create promotional strategies that enhance market penetration and revenue growth.
  • Develop strategies to drive repeat visits and transactions on websites through targeted marketing campaigns, loyalty programs, and personalized customer outreach.
  1. Cross-Functional Leadership and Collaboration:
  • Lead and inspire a team of marketers, designers, and content creators to achieve exceptional results.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure brand consistency and leverage insights from various teams.
  1. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
  • Establish key performance indicators for brand initiatives; monitor and report on effectiveness to guide future strategies.
  • Adjust marketing strategies based on performance data, market trends, and consumer feedback.
  1. Budget Management:
    Efficiently manage the marketing budget to maximize return on investment and ensure cost-effective project execution.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 4 years of brand marketing and content marketing experience
  • Fluent in English, both speaking and writing
  • Passionate about brand building and content creation, savvy in Instagram and fashion trends overseas
  • Focus on impact and results, startup mindset is preferred
  • Degree in marketing or related fields
