There are three labs onsite; Ecology specialises in eDNA analysis to detect protected or invasive species; Materials provide materials consultancy & analysis and Health focuses on gut and nutritional testing to optimise people health and happiness. We are the experts that provide the safety net for businesses, people and the planet.
Responsibilities:
To craft and execute a brand strategy to drive growth in health testing under B2B brand SureScreen Health & B2C brand NeoVos brands

Key Responsibilities of the Brand Marketing Manager include but are not limited to:
- To oversee the creation and implementation of a brand strategy for SureScreen Health to drive growth and enhance brand visibility ensuring a return on investment.
- Manage your brand’s guidelines to ensure there is a continued cohesive look and feel to all marketing outputs that promotes the brand and tone of voice.
- Working with sales and R&D, research and develop product opportunities that will meet market trends and needs. Prepare and deliver exciting new product launches across the brands that land with customers and prospects. Seek out new opportunities that enhance product sales but deliver added benefits to customers.
- Create and maintain content through different marketing mediums that enhance the customer journey on online and offline. Create and push out engaging social content that will provide a mix of brand awareness, thought leadership, and posts that convert to shop or website forms.
- Maintain and optimise your brand’s website along with portal enhancements supporting the Head of Website.
- Research keywords, trends and customer behaviour to create specific digital ads across several platforms that help convert to clicks and leads/ purchases.
- Working with a PR agency to drive brand awareness, affiliate links and event/sponsorship promotion in line with key campaigns.
- Continue to develop and enhance the practitioner/affiliate programme that drives relationships and sales opportunities.
- Identify key trends and topics that represent opportunities for thought leadership in the industry.
- Hold regular meetings with sales, R&D and technical teams to deliver timely internal and external projects.
- Organise, deliver, attend or participate in online and offline events, working with the marketing team to create engaging content and displays as needed, and providing post-event reports and analysis.
- Identify and implement marketing tools that will streamline and enhance activities.
- Take part in any other work deemed relevant for the role.
