Description:
The brand marketing strategist owns, develops, and supports a range of dynamic brand marketing projects to support visibility, reputation, and engagement goals for LMU. The incumbent oversees cross-functional campaigns and rollout plans, working closely with colleagues and clients, and stewarding brand projects from inception to successful completion. The role is both a strategist and a project manager; it requires familiarity with a range of digital, traditional, and experiential marketing tactics, keen attention to detail, and a collaborative work style.
REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS
Typically, a bachelor
- ‘s degree or equivalent experience. Incumbent is expected to continue upgrading knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to keep abreast of discipline related trends and regulation/policy changes.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in marketing and communications.
- Experience overseeing multi-channel communication plans and marketing campaigns.
- Experience successfully collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to synthesize highly complex information into the formulation of clear creative and project briefs.
- Ability to produce high-quality deliverables with meticulous attention to detail.
- A metrics-driven orientation and with proven analytical skills.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent projects, timelines, and budgets in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative work style with the ability to build and maintain broad relationships and influence cross-functional team members.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills preferred.
- Experience in education or social impact sectors preferred.
REASONABLE EXPECTED SALARY - $75,000 - $78,000. SALARY OFFER COMMENSURATE WITH EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE.
