Description:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies and campaigns across online marketplaces, offline events and social media to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue growth for Jakmall’s multiple brands
  • Formulate and execute strategies to enhance brand awareness through various social media channels, including Instagram and TikTok.
  • Take charge of and lead live streaming activities for the brand on platforms like Shopee Live and TikTok Live.
  • Actively participate in the creation and execution of brand projects aimed at raising awareness, including participation in exhibitions and other relevant events.
  • Create and execute campaigns in collaboration with influencers to effectively promote the handled brands.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, and influencer relations, to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and maintain brand consistency.
  • Analyze campaign performance across various platforms, utilizing data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Initiate and lead creative initiatives to enhance brand awareness, championing innovation and staying ahead of market trends.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns. Present insights and contribute to strategic decision-making.
  • Drive brand engagement through innovative content and collaborating with the production team on concept development, execution, and optimization across social media and marketplaces.
  • Oversee the brand’s marketplace account, ensuring a dynamic presence by consistently uploading new products, crafting impactful store campaigns (featuring vouchers or flash sales), and actively participating in marketplace-wide campaigns on platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Blibli, and TikTokShop
  • Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 1+ year of professional experience in brand marketing strategy, preferably with experience in multi-channel campaign development and execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns across social media platforms and e-commerce marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Blibli,Tiktokshop).
  • Proven experience in handling social media accounts, specifically adept at content creation for Instagram and TikTok.
  • Strong understanding of social media advertising principles (knowledge of SEO & SEM a plus) to optimize campaign reach and effectiveness.
  • Proficiency in operating marketplace platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Blibli, TikTok Shop).
  • Proven experience in offline branding activities is a plus.
  • Knowledge or proven experience in negotiating and managing collaborations with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) is a plus.
  • Experience in live streaming platform management and execution (Shopee Live, TikTok Live) is a plus.
