We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Brand Merchandising & Marketplace Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sustainability and looking to grow their skills in content development and styling.
Position Overview:
As a Brand Merchandising & Marketplace Coordinator, you will assist with managing and optimizing our online marketplace platforms. You will gain practical experience in e-commerce operations, data analysis, and marketing strategies. This position is an excellent opportunity to develop skills in marketplace management, project coordination, and digital marketing within a fast-paced and sustainable environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field, or recent graduate with relevant coursework.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub) is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and e-commerce operations. Experience with data analysis tools or content management systems is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Marketplace Management: Assist in the daily management of our marketplace listings on platforms such as Amazon and other relevant sites. Ensure product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketplace performance metrics, including sales data, traffic, and customer feedback. Generate reports and provide insights to improve performance.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and update product descriptions, images, and other content to enhance product listings and attract customers.
  • Customer Service: Assist in addressing customer inquiries, managing reviews, and handling returns or issues related to marketplace transactions.
  • Market Research: Research market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to support the development of marketplace strategies.
  • Project Coordination: Support the coordination of special projects and promotional campaigns, including the setup and execution of sales events, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining internal documentation, SOP and email template creation, Account management & Escalation, Order management, tracking inventory levels, and updating marketplace schedules.
