Responsibilities:

The Brand Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring Digital Entrepreneur continues to grow its audience, while implementing revenue-driven brand marketing campaigns. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, Redbrick, the candidate will have a working knowledge of organic content marketing, paid media (PPC/SEM), affiliate partnerships and revenue marketing, having demonstrated past success scaling brand reach and monetization, while maintaining operational excellence.

  • This position is a temporary 16 month-term position ideally starting November 1, 2024 (flexible start date). We are open to both US and Canadian applicants (remote first culture :)

  • Plan, manage and implement content monetization and growth strategies e.g., affiliate marketing, sponsored content, brand partnerships, paid, earned and organic media, etc.
  • Build and maintain relationships with brand partners, sponsors and contributors, identifying new opportunities for revenue generation and growth.
  • Collaborate with editorial, creative, and marketing teams to drive targeted growth of Digital Entrepreneur’s audience and content engagement.
  • Collaborate with corporate development to achieve content monetization goals, analyze revenue metrics and optimize brand growth and profitability.
  • Oversee editorial, marketing and operational workflows, to ensure timely execution of bi-weekly publication, marketing campaigns and monetization strategies
