BRAND AND PRODUCT MARKETING LEAD

Rose Rocket is looking for a Brand and Product Marketing Lead to join our fast-growing Marketing Team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and amplifying the Rose Rocket brand while driving the go-to-market strategies for our Platform. You’ll own the end-to-end process of crafting product narratives, positioning, and marketing campaigns that elevate our brand, increase product adoption, and build customer loyalty. With influence across Product, Marketing, and Sales, you’ll lead the charge in ensuring our brand resonates in the marketplace and our product marketing delivers measurable impact. The ideal candidate is someone who isn’t afraid of making bold and creative decisions while remaining resourceful and agile in a high-growth environment.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • 6+ years of experience in Brand or Product Marketing within a SaaS environment, with at least 2+ years leading a team.
  • Deep expertise in SaaS brand marketing, with a track record of creating compelling narratives that drive awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Strong ability to distill complex technical features into simple, engaging, and customer-friendly messaging that aligns with SaaS buying behaviors.
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • A creative and analytical mindset, balancing strategic brand thinking with hands-on tactical execution.
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Demand Gen teams to drive integrated marketing campaigns that build brand equity and support business growth.
  • A customer-first approach, constantly seeking ways to enhance the brand and product experience for both current and prospective SaaS customers.

Your role is central to ensuring our market not only adopts our platform but becomes ambassadors of it.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Product Launches and Messaging: Own the positioning and messaging of Rose Rocket’s products, ensuring clear communication of our product’s value proposition and competitive differentiation across all channels.
  • Lead Brand Strategy: Develop and refine Rose Rocket’s brand positioning in the market, ensuring our message reflects our leadership in SaaS innovation and resonates with our target audience.
  • Demand Generation Alignment: Partner with Demand Gen to create campaigns that drive SaaS lead acquisition and conversion, supporting product marketing with brand-forward content and strategies that build long-term customer loyalty.
  • Drive Product Adoption: Develop go-to-market strategies for new product features and updates, ensuring a cohesive launch plan that maximizes adoption and usage across our customer base.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate on content creation for various channels (website, social media, email marketing, webinars, etc.) that communicates our SaaS leadership, product innovation, and customer success stories.
  • Sales and Customer Enablement: Build enablement tools that empower Sales and Customer Success teams to effectively communicate the product’s benefits and brand story, including playbooks, pitch decks, and case studies.
  • Competitive Market Insights: Lead competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, positioning opportunities, and product differentiators that elevate the Rose Rocket brand in the SaaS landscape.
