In an effort to continually grow our market presence, we’re seeking a highly skilled Brand Specialist to evaluate our portfolio of B2C websites and drive a comprehensive marketing strategy in an effort to increase revenue and market share. Reporting to the Retail Director (B2C), this role will be responsible for collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to differentiate our retail offerings from competitors and realize product-market-fit. With knowledge of the live events and ticketing industry, the Brand Specialist will monitor market trends to inform brand decisions, assist in developing company and product branding campaigns, and manage TicketNetwork’s online presence to reflect the goals of the organization.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:

We are looking for someone who has shown a bias towards action and is outcome-driven, with a willingness to experiment and try new approaches, such as:

  • Attempting to build and grow a YouTube or TikTok channel, regardless of the level of success.
  • Launching a startup and bringing a product to market, regardless of the outcome.
  • Trying dropshipping (e.g., on Shopify), taking it to market, and learning from the experience.
  • Experimenting with new marketing strategies and gaining insights from the process.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to connect concept with aesthetics to ensure a cohesive brand strategy
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as independently
  • Analytic mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Experience utilizing MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
  • Experience in managing social media accounts
  • Content marketing creation (blogs, video, articles, infographics, etc.)
  • Marketing analytics
  • Competitive research and analysis
  • Customer research and analysis

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • 2+ years of experience managing a brand
  • 3+ yrs. of online marketing experience or public relations role overall
  • Strong portfolio of successful past digital marketing campaigns
  • Prior experience building an online brand from scratch
  • Knowledge or experience in the live event ticketing or adjacent industry strongly preferred

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor?s degree in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or related field required

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand awareness, brand recognition and Net Promoter Score (NPS), for TicketNetwork.
  • Review TicketNetwork’s existing site branding and, with direction from company leadership, identify areas to develop and improve our online image with the goal of increasing site traffic and revenue.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and public relations to create and execute marketing campaigns to align with company goals.
  • Manage and support TicketNetwork’s online presence in retail and corporate (content marketing, social media, etc.)
  • Conduct research and keep abreast of trends in consumer behavior and the live event ticketing industry to ensure TicketNetwork remains on the cutting edge of the industry.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to inform brand management decisions.
  • Develop and support relationships with third parties to boost TicketNetwork’s brand visibility.
  • Track efficacy of marketing campaigns to ensure that changes are yielding the appropriate results.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies.
  • Conduct market research to understand consumer needs, perceptions, and trends.
  • Identify the current brand positioning and unique selling propositions (USPs), distinguish the gaps, redundancies, and misalignments between the current state and desired future state, and reconcile
  • Additional tasks and projects as assigned
