Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Brand Trade Marketing Manager, you will quickly learn everything about the whole Reckitt hygiene/health portfolio and different categories. Together with the marketing & sales teams, you will develop winning category growth strategies in Belgium & Netherlands.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily Operations:
- Track the performance of the BNL market (assortment, promotions, merchandising) and recommend adapted action plans.
- Learn to adopt a “Category-First” approach, leveraging different category growth strategies to strengthen the plans of the brands.
- Execute analysis to recommend the optimal promotional strategy.
- Be responsible for KPI tracking (Promotions & Distribution).
- Present a business case at the end of your internship.
- Potentially Manage specific category & brand projects.
- Analysis & Reporting:
- Assist with weekly and daily performance reporting and identify discrepancies between internal data and market data.
- Help prepare dashboards for market performance and promotional effectiveness.
- Support monthly analysis on various marketing topics for the department (promotional strategy, distribution efficiency, category growth, etc.).
