Responsibilities:
- Lead Brand Strategy
Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that position Realty World as a leader in luxury real estate franchising. Elevate our brand and maximize value for franchise members. Align branding initiatives with overarching business goals and KPIs. Lead SWOT analyses to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats for the brand.
- Creative Execution
Implement and oversee the design and implementation of visual and verbal brand elements, ensuring alignment with strategy. Collaborate with design teams to develop brand guidelines and ensure consistency across touchpoints. Manage the development of marketing materials, ensuring they reflect the brand’s identity.
- Analyze & Strategize
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inspire innovative solutions that address industry challenges and trends. Lead the development of go-to-market strategies for new services, tools, and programs. Ensure seamless rollouts across diverse markets and maximize impact for franchisees. Partner with marketing, creative, technology, and operations teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns that align with business goals and support franchisee success. Craft compelling brand messaging and content strategies that resonate with audiences and maintain consistency across digital, print, and social media platforms. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign effectiveness. Use data to continuously refine strategies, boost ROI, and amplify brand visibility. Create resources, tools, and campaigns that help franchisees grow their businesses, enhance local brand recognition, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
