Conde Nast Commercial Creative is an all-purpose creative and delivery department, working closely with the commercial and editorial teams in category verticals (Style/Culture/Travel & Lifestyle/Homes). The CNCC team includes experts in creative strategy, marketing, design and copywriting, video, digital and print production and project management.
The Role
We are seeking an inventive Branded Video Associate to temporarily join our Creative team in Italy. Based in headquarter of Milan, the person will work closely both with the commercial and editorial team of Condé Nast brands in the Italian market (Vanity Fair, Vogue, GQ, Conde Nast Traveler, Architectural Digest, La Cucina Italiana, Wired) and drive audience growth and engagement with a focus on commercial revenue, delivering on Condé Nast’s preeminent portfolio of brands.
Please note that this role will join Condé Nast Italy with a fixed-term contract (Maternity Cover) of maximum 12 months
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop branded content for global digital platforms (e.g. O&O, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Apple iTunes, Spotify), with focus on premium, scalable quality
- Outline live cultural events, OTT channels, as well as branded video franchises that transcend platforms and markets
- Develop creative storytelling solutions to solve clients’ challenges through our brands’ editorial voices
- Provide clear notes on treatment’s from directors/talent, as well as on design assets and video edits
- Have an understanding of the market needs and creative executions that are performing well for clients
- Work collaboratively with the Production team from pre to post production phases
- Source imagery for presentations, pitches, look-books and proactive decks
Primary Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience working as a copywriter / author at a publisher, agency or production company, with a strong focus on video contents
- Professional working proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Experience producing branded video specifically
- An understanding of how content is successful across different platforms (O&O, Youtube, OTT, Social, etc..)
- Excellent Communication skills
- A positive attitude and solutions oriented collaborative style
