Skills: Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing initiatives.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and strategies to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW:
As the Senior Executive - Branding and Marketing, you will be a key player in developing and executing branding strategies that solidify Genesis Performance Center’s position as an industry leader. You will lead a skilled marketing team, drive creative campaigns, and work collaboratively with various departments to achieve strategic objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Brand Strategy: Craft and implement strategic branding initiatives that enhance our market position and align with our core mission. Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all touchpoints.
Marketing Campaigns: Develop, oversee, and evaluate comprehensive marketing campaigns designed to increase brand visibility and engagement. Monitor campaign effectiveness and optimize for better results.
Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and challenges. Leverage insights to inform strategic direction and decision-making.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with business goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
Brand Messaging: Create and maintain engaging brand messaging that resonates with target audiences and supports our business objectives. Ensure consistent communication of our brand values.
