JOB SUMMARY
We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Branding Specialist to spearhead a temporary project lasting 4-8 weeks. This role will involve close collaboration with company leaders to develop and bring to life a new brand look across several companies within our corporate group.
The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, visually portraying how they’ve overseen and executed multiple successful rebranding projects from A-Z, a strong creative vision, great leadership skills, and a proven track record in developing and implementing successful branding initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in a senior branding role, with a portfolio demonstrating successful brand development.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing a team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in branding tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
- Deep understanding of market research and data analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field (preferred).
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies.
- Lead the design and implementation of the rebranding process, from logos and graphics, marketing materials, to website updates, slogans, and more.
- If additional support is needed for any of the above, delegate relevant projects to qualified freelancers, and oversee the process, providing feedback and guidance throughout.
- Collaborate closely with the team to align the branding strategy with business objectives.
