OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Mixer to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the preparation of high-quality baked goods and confections. This position requires a passion for food, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The Mixer will be responsible for ensuring that all ingredients are accurately measured, mixed, and prepared according to our established recipes and food safety standards.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of cake decorating techniques is a plus.
  • Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
  • Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines.
  • A passion for baking and the food industry is highly desirable.
  • Ability to lift heavy bags of flour or ingredients as needed.

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Assist with inventory management by tracking ingredient usage and reporting shortages.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely production and delivery of baked goods.
  • Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients or customers.
