A day in the life of…
As Breakfast Chef you will be working with our established kitchen team to ensure the best service possible is delivered to our guests daily. Our Kitchen Team is the magic behind each delicious dish we serve our guests. They are passionate about all things food and take great pride in each dish they prepare.

As a Breakfast Chef, your responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare and cook a range of breakfast dishes to menu specification
  • Prepare the breakfast buffet and replenish as required throughout breakfast service
  • Prepare for any conferences and events taking place within the hotel
  • Assist with preparing the kitchen for lunch and dinner service
  • Ensure all food is prepared and served to a high standard of quality and presentation
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and food preparation areas
  • Follow all food safety and health and safety regulations

Based in the you will be part of a team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock.

  • Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or similar role in a hotel or restaurant setting
  • Excellent knowledge of breakfast dishes and cooking techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
