Description:
Mount Juliet Estate is looking for a Breakfast Chef to join our Culinary team.
Duties
- Display excellence in food preparation and service
- Work effectively as part of a team
- To ensure the smooth running of breakfast delivery and service in the kitchen, maintaining high standards of hygiene.
- To ensure all special requests made by guests are met
- To prepare dishes to the required specifications
- To ensure all goods are stored correctly and hygienically in accordance with HACCP specifications
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience as a Breakfast Chef in a hotel bar/restaurant of at least at a 3 or 4 star star standard
- Strong Attention to detail
- Ability to use own initiative
- Friendly outgoing personality
- Flexible regarding working hours
- Must have own transport , no accomodation available
