Description:
Responsibilities:
- Completing preparation of our products according to the recipes and standards set by our head chef.
- Monitoring and managing breakfast service, ensuring a smooth flow and timely delivery for our guests.
- Maintaining cleanliness, tidiness and adhering to highest hygiene levels.
- Feeding back directly to our head chef regarding stock management, and kitchen inventory.
- Working with our front of house team to address guest requests and dietary requirements to provide a personalised and exceptional experience
