Located just 10 minutes from the heart of Sydney at Moore Park’s Sporting club of Sydney, SC Canteen is a high-end café style service delivering excellence every day. The space serves as a place for members and their guests to hang out, grab a bite to eat after a swim or workout.

We are looking for full time Chef De Partie who has good café experience to join the team. This will primarily be a daytime role with the occasion evening required. Perfect for someone who is looking for consistent hours.
Not only do you get to be a vital part of the team, but you will also have daily opportunities to learn from some of the best pioneers in the industry.

We are looking for:

• Experience in restaurants or high-end cafes
• Worked in a busy environment and can manage a section ideally.
• Attention to detail and someone who can deliver a consistent product.
• Great WH&S practices and can communicate with a small team well.
• The service model will suit an early riser through to the early evening, expanding into nights on big days and summer months.
