JOB POSTING: BREAKFAST COOK (DUAL-BRAND HOLIDAY INN & STAYBRIDGE SUITES)

We are seeking an experienced Breakfast Cook to join our team and deliver an exceptional breakfast experience for our guests at both the Holiday Inn and Staybridge Suites. This is a dual-brand role that offers the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills while creating a welcoming and delightful start to the day for our guests.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience as a breakfast cook, or similar role in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent attention to detail, especially in food presentation.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a kitchen environment.
  • Early riser, with the ability to start shifts as early as 5:00 AM.
  • Positive attitude, team spirit, and dedication to providing exceptional guest service.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

  • Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards in the kitchen and breakfast area.
  • Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, creating a welcoming environment.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations during breakfast hours.
  • Assist with inventory and stock rotation, minimizing food waste.
