Now we are looking for a Breakfast Head Waiter (ala carte) to join the hotel´s F&B operations team.
This position is a fixed time contract: substitute for the period of family leave.
Contract starting flexibly in the beginning of December 2024.
Contract is average part-time (90 h / 3 weeks) and focused for early morning shifts.
Our F&B operations are open all year round and almost 24 hours a day, so you need to be prepared to work also during holidays.
The main task of the Breakfast Head Waiter is to keep our customers happy together with the rest of the team.
Therefore, to be successful at work you need a real passion for creating unforgettable experiences,
interest towards food and drinks, skills to work systematically, interest in keeping the working environment clean and in order and accordingly desire to plan and prepare for the shift.
You are the person we are looking for if you have a positive attitude and good communication skills. You also need a strong background from the F&B industry since our operations are very hectic.
Also, our guests are expecting from us excellent service, recommendations and technical waiting skills.
We also appreciate the initiative to work, systematic and flexible attitude. You can communicate at least in English, preferably in Finnish also.
The genuine interest of taking care of our guests and unique events in accordance with the values of Hotel Kämp, putting your own person in the game, is essential.
