Description:

We are looking for someone that wants to participate in the demanding and creative process of further developing and leading the operation of our breakfast, among the best in the country.
You have previous experience as a Sous Chef (or similar supervisory role) in a hotel or restaurant ideally having experience from breakfast/ buffet operation. Relevant operational experience may supplement formal qualification.
As BREAKFAST SUPERVISOR you will provide guidance, information, instructions and routines to the kitchen staff members, including production, food preparation, presentation and planning.
You will among other tasks oversee and organize breakfast stock and MEP, keep stations stocked, especially before and during prime operation hours, as well as managing product ordering, COGS, IK Mat responsibility in collaboration with kitchen leadership and all food preparation and presentation to ensure quality and restaurant standards. You will coordinate with the F&B management team for awareness and involvement in budget, efficiency, staffing and other relevant KPI’s.
