Breakfast Supervisor

THE CANDIDATE:

• Flexibility and availability for early morning shifts (7am starts)
• Someone who has a strong understanding of the day-to-day operations of running a restaurant
• A passion for sequence of service and a desire to create an amazing experience for every single customer
• Previous supervisor experience
• Ability to operate efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong service ethic and ability to integrate into our hard-working team.

THE ROLE:

Surfers Pavilion is seeking passionate and driven individual to take on the role of Breakfast Supervisor.
Must be available for 5 x morning shifts per week including both weekend days.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure all Team Members maintain smooth and efficient food and beverage service within their allocated section, anticipating guest needs before being asked
• Assign Team Member allocation of duties, ensuring rotation of job tasks and maximising productivity
• Provide ongoing training to the team members
• Monitor rosters, ensuring that the department is staffed appropriately and operating within budget
• Assist guests with all enquiries and complaints
• Monitor and maintain stock levels
