The BASO is required to provide administrative support to enhance the Brigade viability and service to the community.This role involves:
  • Coordinate daily administrative duties as required by the Brigade Management Team(s) to provide support to volunteers responsible for the delivery of services to the community
  • Provide support with general administrative requirements including word processing, records management and accounting
  • Undertake duties in relation to recruitment and retention of volunteer members of the brigade as required by the Brigade Management Team(s)
  • Provide Brigade Management Team(s) with assistance in relation to correspondence, arranging activities and meetings.ABOUT YOUThe person we are looking for will display excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with proven capability to develop and maintain relationships and manage expectations across multiple stakeholders.You will be someone who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment where you are a self-starter and keen to showcase your strong sense of initiative.
