Alliance Global Solution seeks a result-driven, adaptable, tech-savvy Broadband Technician in the Concord, New Hampshire, area to join our expanding Fiber Optics team. In this role, you will install fiber in customers’ homes or businesses and set up Wi-Fi equipment while providing detailed-oriented and superior customer service. Applicants will be trained for pole drops and in-home installations. Alliance Global Solution provides a company vehicle, gas card, tools, and uniforms!

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to work with basic tools: 28ft. extension ladders, drills, screwdrivers, pliers, etc.
• One year of relative experience is required.
• Ability to work proficiently unsupervised.
• Must pass a criminal l background check, clean driving record, and drug screening.
• All candidates must be able to climb ladders, work in crawl spaces and attics, and lift 80 lbs.
• Must live within 60 miles of Concord, New Hampshire

EXPERIENCE:

• Internet Installer or related: 1 year (Required)

• Installation and troubleshooting of fiber and internet
• Meeting metric goals for installations
• Being professional and courteous to all
• Serves as customer resource for product and service recommendations.
• Maintaining accurate inventory
