INTRODUCTION:

Sheldon and his Sniper team are looking for a dynamic, creative and energetic Broadcasting Producer to help take his team to the next level!
Starting out as a Carpenter from Boksburg Johannesburg, South Africa; Sheldon tapped into the world of Crypto; researching, learning and using his analytical skills and mindset to become one of the most influential traders and influencers in the world!

REQUIREMENTS:

• ⁠ ⁠Must love Crypto and trade!
• ⁠ Proven experience as a producer, director, or similar role in video production.
• ⁠ ⁠Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in producing YouTube or digital content, ideally within the Crypto Space.
• ⁠ ⁠Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, StreamYard and/or VMix.
• ⁠ ⁠Excellent storytelling and visual design skills.
• ⁠ ⁠Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• ⁠ ⁠Strong organizational and project management skills.
• ⁠ ⁠Knowledge of YouTube algorithms, SEO, and analytics tools.
• ⁠ ⁠Creative thinker with the ability to develop original content ideas.
• ⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

THE ROLE:

The Broadcasting Producer will own the entire suite of Production across Sheldon Diederick’s Sniper School, hosting YouTube, Zoom Workshops and multiple Crypto School Cohorts.
We are looking for someone who is a creative and experienced YouTube Show Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a fellow degen, have a strong background in video production, a keen eye for detail; and the ability to bring innovative ideas to life!
You will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, from concept to final upload, ensuring high-quality content that aligns with our brand and engages our audience, improving continuously!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The Producer needs to lead the team with Crypto Based content and creative ideas; by managing the Production Operations, Design and overseeing Post-Production processes to ensure the best experience for all our users and students around the world.
• The Producer Needs to lead the Content Creation Cycle daily, ensuring our team is maximized. This is done by understanding the methods, algorithms and data behind YouTube and our industry; by pivoting show tiles, changing show titles, enhancing show descriptions and ensuring this gets done with the utmost efficiency; in line with our sponsors and affiliates requirements.
• The Producer needs to have a bubbly, fun & energetic personality to fit in with our work culture.
• The Producer has to ensure all collateral and team schedules align with the show’s schedule, to deliver exceptional quality to your viewers.
• The Producer will oversee and align schedules, resources, and budgets alongside Finance.
• The Producer will be responsible for enhancing the tone and audience persona of Sheldon and the Sniper Team, along with his teachings within the industry.
• The Producer will need to be comfortable and confident in an extremely fast paced, evolving environment, as crypto is just this!
• The Producer will be responsible for the tailoring and integration of sponsorships and partners into shows, collaborating with the BOOST by Banter team to secure suitable affiliates.
• Optimize all content SEO to maximize reach and engagement.
• Analyze performance metrics and audience feedback to continuously improve content.
• Stay up-to-date with YouTube, X, Discord and Instagram trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Coordinate with the larger teams to promote videos and grow the channel.
