Description:

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support various types of projects making use of the Broadridge platform.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst using Broadridge
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile preferred).
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with diverse stakeholders across complex tools like Broadridge.
  • Experience participating in projects through the full lifecycle of development.
  • Knowledge of project management tools including JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and other PMO tools. (tailored to Broadridge)
  • Experience using SQL to analyze data is a plus.
  • Experience outlining Use Cases and possible Test Cases is a plus.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools is a plus.
  • Exceptional analytical, conceptual thinking, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to identify and understand complex business requirements, and translate them into effective software solutions and service offerings.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent discipline from an accredited school.
  • Prior experience working in a Financial Services firm is a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather & Analyze Requirements: Collaborate with internal teams to identify and analyze the needs of internal customers for technology solutions.
  • Bridge the Gap: Map customer needs to existing solutions, identify functional gaps, and define project timelines.
  • Technical Expertise for Business Development: Consult with Business Development on new opportunities and provide guidance on project scope, requirements gathering, and success criteria.
  • Implementation & Validation: Support client onboarding, and solution implementation, and ensure solutions meet agreed-upon requirements.
  • Project Management & Handoff: Document project scope, milestones, and plans. Facilitate handover to long-term support teams.
