This role is perfect for someone who is ready to progress their Insurance Broking career, whilst working alongside an experienced team.
The key to your success will be your strong administration skills, time management, attention to detail and customer service focus.
Our ideal candidate will relate to the following:
- Experience supporting Senior Brokers with their client accounts (highly regarded)
- Client service, underwriting, claims or insurance broking experience (highly regarded)
- Experience across general insurance products (highly regarded)
- Tier 1 - Insurance Broking qualification (highly regarded) or willingness to achieve this qualification
- Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Competent with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
Ongoing training and mentoring will be provided, to ensure your success and a pathway for career progression.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administration support to our Senior Brokers for client insurance policies and needs
- Communicate with clients via phone, email and face-to-face meetings to support their insurance needs
- Participate in insurance policy pre-renewal, renewal and post-renewal activities including drafting quotations and creating renewal reports
- Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies in an accurate and timely manner
- Attend client meetings and work on tender processes, client renewals, claims and other Insurance Broking duties
- Manage key stakeholder relationships with Senior Brokers, Underwriters, Client Executives and Client Managers
- Enhance the client experience through outstanding customer servic
