Description:
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE THAT WILL LEAD TO SUCCESS:
- 5+ years of London market experience broking renewables, construction, power, energy, mining, or property.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and experience in layering complex programmes.
- Strong lead/decision-maker underwriter relationships in renewables, energy, and property.
- Outstanding collaboration skills to successfully lead the pursuit of target prospects.
- Masterful relationship-building skills.
- Unparalleled presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex messages in written form.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts at once.
- Exceptional IT skills/capabilities across Microsoft Office to support with data collection, analysis and presentation preparation.
- Being proactive, entrepreneurial, and forward-thinking.
- Excellent understanding of compliance and FCA regulation.
