Job Title: Broker Onboarding Associate
Division: Compliance
Reports To: As per Beazley’s organisation chart

JOB SUMMARY:

To assist the team in maintaining efficient broker on-boarding processes and providing customer service to clients.

Responsibilities:

Broker Onboarding Support Management

  • Receive and process requests for onboarding of new brokers, utilising relationships with external service providers
  • Ensure all onboarding requests issued to external service providers have all the required documentation needed
  • Create, submit, receive, amend and store documentation, specific for each legal entity
  • Attend team meetings with the wider broker onboarding team across the group.
  • Generate MI for the work performed in the month, for presentation to Compliance team
  • Serve as the technical lead for the broker onboarding administration process
  • Ensure capacity, workflow, training requirements and development requirements are highlighted to line management
  • Referral of technical queries to relevant stakeholders
  • Management of broker onboarding email inboxes
  • Support the wider Compliance team as required.

Broker/Client Interaction

  • Provide a professional service to brokers in writing, email and telephone.
  • Maintain and develop key relationships including brokers, underwriters, outsource providers and internal clients, responding to client queries in an accurate and timely fashion.
  • Attend client meetings as required.
