Description:

Are you a licensed insurance producer seeking an exciting new opportunity? If so, we’d like to speak with you! Savoy Associates is looking for a dedicated and experienced Broker Relations Manager to join our rapidly growing team in the PA/DE region.
As a Broker Relations Manager, your primary focus will be partnering with our sales team to build and maintain close-knit relationships with broker and carrier partners, while assisting with the overall revenue growth of our organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Active Health and Life Insurance License required
  • 3 – 5 years of ACA and/or Medicare insurance experience
  • BA/BS preferred but not required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude a must
  • Ability to interact at a peer level with business owners and executives. Strong business acumen required.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment/Training of Individual and Medicare Brokers within existing and expanding markets
  • Partner with regional Sales team to represent Savoy’s Individual capabilities and drive revenue
  • Consistent involvement with industry associations/organizations for business development purposes
  • Establish new referral pipelines for ACA and Medicare sales within the assigned region
  • Collaborate with Savoy’s Marketing team to circulate relevant campaigns in support of broker engagement efforts
  • Point of contact for Broker escalations and service requests as needed
  • Work with Savoy’s Consumer and Senior Markets team to deliver appropriate education to brokers, group administrators, and consumers on our full service offering, with our robust marketing support
  • Serve as a liaison between our Broker and Carrier partners
  • Attend carrier trainings and industry related events to represent Savoy’s interests
  • Stay up to date with latest industry news, CMS regulations, product knowledge and other market trends to provide value to prospects
  • Engage customers in their preferred method – in-person or other means
  • Develop a strategic plan as a road map for meeting targeted objectives and drive regional growth
  • Other assignments or responsibilities as assigned
