  • Sales and Business Development for CMS/RMS Solutions:
  • Sell CMS and RMS solutions to a diverse range of industries, including retail, finance, and education
  • Conduct needs assessments and propose tailored solutions to close deals
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for entering new markets
  • Business Opportunity Identification and Partnership Building:
  • Discover new customers through various channels, including exhibitions and online marketing, and strengthen relationships with existing clients
  • Collaborate with partners to create synergies and explore new business opportunities
  • Market and Competitor Analysis for Sales Strategy Development:
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of the digital signage market, competitors, and customer trends to develop effective sales strategies
  • Proactively respond to market changes and seize new business opportunities
  • Sales Activity Reporting and Performance Management
  • Regularly report on sales activities and analyze performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Set goals, execute plans, and manage results to achieve targets
  • Foster Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Facilitate effective communication between internal teams (hardware, software, product planning, sales etc.) and align teams towards common goals

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in selling software and a deep knowledge of the retail vertical
  • Experience in developing and managing strategic relationships with the organization’s key stakeholders
  • Strong leadership skills, understanding the value of teamwork
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
