We are looking for a Balanced Scorecard Manager who will play a critical role in engineering top-notch products and services in a unique industry and at a rapidly growing organization. As the Balanced Scorecard Manager, you will use your comprehensive understanding of our business along with your strong analytical and solutions-based skills to drive and enhance our established approach to the Balanced Scorecard. The BSc is our north star and everything we do to improve and grow our business culminates through the BSc. In this key role will work directly with Director FP&A, requiring you to be curious and solution oriented; strong collaborator, transparent and communicate effectively across the organization. You will need to be versatile and be able to pivot from strategy to execution with an eagerness to roll up your sleeves, as well as lean on others, to deliver a clear, consistent set of balanced scorecards.

A Day in the Life

  • Assist with the facilitation of the annual strategic management process to define high level global strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders on the development and rollout of Global and function specific Balanced Scorecards.
  • Drive continuous improvement of BSc objectives, metrics, targets, and reporting.
  • Tighten linkages between performance and pay (BSc and Short-term Incentive Plan).
  • Enable leaders and BSc ambassadors to communicate effectively and drive BSc adoption.
  • Partner with HR and Communications to help our people link their work and performance to positive impact on our clients’ experience, our business, and our investors.
  • Prepare executive materials for engagement with Board of Directors and key external stakeholders.
  • Maintain, and evolve data, analytics and systems that enable real-time information, dashboards, and increased automation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in in a relevant discipline (Business, finance, economics, statistics, etc.); MBA or equivalent master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally with diverse experience across operations, commercial, support function.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with Data Analytics Tools (Such as Power BI, SQL, and Python), and various MS Office software applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated experience with scorecards/ KPI measurements
  • Proven ability to simplify complex sets of data to create understanding and to work with large amounts of information to provide actionable insights.
  • Results oriented – focused and disciplined, with attention to detail
  • Highly collaborative and delivers work independently and through others.
  • Experience preparing for senior management & executives.
