Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Negotiate and exceed sales targets in collaboration with leadership.
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients and provide exceptional after-sales support.
  • Identify and cultivate a robust pipeline of business opportunities.
  • Create standout sales and tender documents that align with our high standards.
  • Represent CBRE at industry events, enhancing our brand and professionalism.
  • Keep leadership informed of all sales activities and compliance requirements.
  • Manage pre-qualifications and support existing client re-bids.
  • Manages and supports the delivery of Transitions of new clients within Governance and timescales. Providing follow up on outstanding deliverables required for client go-live
  • Escalation point for Client for the duration of the Transition process

Your profile:

  • 5+ years of proven sales/business development experience.
  • Strong understanding of the FM business.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish.
  • A driven individual who thrives in a high-pressure environment.
  • A team player who inspires confidence in others.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and make decisions under pressure.
