JOB DESCRIPTION

As a HR Specialist, you will be working within the Munich Headquarters in Germany. You will be part of an international team to follow-up on the plant’s missions and objectives as well as the central Europe business unit.

Your main tasks will be:

• Follow-up on the mapping of the Compensation & Benefit landscape for Germany, Poland and Slovakia (prepare analysis, comparison,etc.)
• Support on salary surveys sent out in Germany and Slovakia
• Collect benchmarks to understand the market trends to stay competitive
• Create proposal for the further development of existing remuneration structures for BUCE
• Lead the job evaluation process with the support of the HR Managers
• Support and guide HR representatives in the application of new compensation and benefits procedures as well as grading system to ensure a common understanding of standard Group rules
• Be the contact point for V.I.E themes for Division HR
