JOB DESCRIPTION
As a HR Specialist, you will be working within the Munich Headquarters in Germany. You will be part of an international team to follow-up on the plant’s missions and objectives as well as the central Europe business unit.
Your main tasks will be:
- Follow-up on the mapping of the Compensation & Benefit landscape for Germany, Poland and Slovakia (prepare analysis, comparison,etc.)
- Support on salary surveys sent out in Germany and Slovakia
- Collect benchmarks to understand the market trends to stay competitive
- Create proposal for the further development of existing remuneration structures for BUCE
- Lead the job evaluation process with the support of the HR Managers
- Support and guide HR representatives in the application of new compensation and benefits procedures as well as grading system to ensure a common understanding of standard Group rules
- Be the contact point for V.I.E themes for Division HR
Responsibilities:
