This role will help bring business, system, and process knowledge together to help develop solutions using low code or no code tools. The ideal candidate for this role possesses a passion for using technology to solve business challenges and will work to create low code solutions to create unparalleled user experiences.

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• 1 year of previous development experience with low-code/no-code platforms
• Experience gathering business requirements
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and progress multiple projects in parallel
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and establish working relationships with individuals
• Experience with Bubble.io

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Have knack for business processes mapping, and understand where technology would add to the process (and where it wouldn’t).
• Experience with Low Code/No Code platforms (Bubble.io, Webflow, Glide, Adalo, Zapier, Make.com, Figma)
• You can troubleshoot with the best of them to get to the root of the problem we are trying to solve.
• High output, execution, and hustle – an ability to own all low-code operations, solve problems, and an eagerness to dive in where needed.
• Meticulously detail-oriented and organized – able to juggle many priorities while not dropping any balls.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• The position is hybrid. Candidates must be able to drive into the office 3 days a week. 2 days of the week are remote.

• Implement and maintain business processes and procedures to meet business objectives.
• Design and implement applications to support new business initiatives
• Act as a cross-functional team member with the ability to gather business requirements, manage project deliverables, and execute on low code application implementations
• Work alongside Development Team to implement new products, features, and enhancements in bi-weekly and off-cycle releases
• For all no code/low code solutions, properly document, manage timelines, and hand off processes
• Facilitate discovery sessions to understand business requirements, and translate business processes to functional requirements
• Create and maintain documentation to support low code projects
• Other duties as assigned based on departmental needs.
• Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction, and all safety rules.
• Exhibits regular, reliable, punctual and predictable attendance.
