Responsibilities:
- Provide financial advisory services for a major segment of the IMCOM Europe budget or for a total budget for one or more funds.
- Perform various budget functions involving the formulation, justification, and execution of budgets for organizations, programs, or projects.
- Analyze fund requirements for the development, procurement, and modification of the IMCOM Europe programs and systems.
- Review monthly and quarterly financial management reports including the Program Budget Accounting System (PBAS) to ensure appropriate reimbursable and direct cite reporting.
- Responsible for consolidating budget estimates into a budget document that reflects the balanced, multi-year funding needs of the region or organization.
