Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Build Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex, working with lines of business, developing and implementing solutions, creating documentation, and collaborating with security control partners to certify applications and features for bank-wide deployment. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5 to 7 years relevant experience
  • Proven experience in supporting Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex.
  • Strong understanding of solution development and implementation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with build automation tools and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines is a plus.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience with other communication platforms and tools.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex environments.
  • Collaborate with lines of business to understand requirements and develop solutions.
  • Implement and deploy solutions in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for build and deployment processes.
  • Work with security control partners to certify applications and features for bank-wide deployment.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
