EDUCATION:

Completion of High School.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 6 months of related experience. Successful completion of Health & Safety, Workplace Harassment and other mandatory training required.

SKILLS:

Effective customer service.
Ability to work both independently and on a team.
Ability to meet deadlines and organize time effectively.
Ability to demonstrate organizational skills to carry out a variety of tasks.

Responsibilities:

The Building Access and Admin Support Assistant monitors residence facilities and service provider access during renovations and repairs, under the direction of the Manager, Building Operations.
