Salary Range: $89907.72 to $104487.69 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)

The key focus areas of this role include:
- Review all incoming building compliance enquiries regarding illegal land use and illegal building works.
- Review all incoming building compliance enquiries to ensure customers are provided with technical information in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service by being professional, courteous, and respectful to all parties when undertaking duties.
- Interrupt legislation and review approvals and stamped plans to determine if there is a non-compliance based on the customers enquiry
