The key focus areas of this role include:

  • Review all incoming building compliance enquiries regarding illegal land use and illegal building works.
  • Review all incoming building compliance enquiries to ensure customers are provided with technical information in a timely manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service by being professional, courteous, and respectful to all parties when undertaking duties.
  • Interrupt legislation and review approvals and stamped plans to determine if there is a non-compliance based on the customers enquiry
