Responsibilities:
- Design BMS/building controls systems to optimize building performance and streamline building management.
- Work closely with disciplines like Mechanical, Electrical, ICT, Smart Buildings, Digital, etc.
- Ensure seamless integration of building control systems into overall building design.
- Conduct design studies and produce conceptual design reports.
- Prepare contract documentation, specifications, and drawings.
- Ensure alignment with project requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with the broader design team: architects, engineers of all disciplines, quantity surveyors, etc.
- Ensure a cohesive design approach.
- Ensure all designs and documents meet the highest standards of excellence.
- Undertake surveys and site inspections.
- Inform the design process and ensure adherence to plans.
- Witness controls systems commissioning on projects to ensure proper execution and alignment with design
