JOB SUMMARY
In a warehouse environment, perform a variety of activities related to the storage and shipping of raw material and/or finished product in order to support the overall operation and exceed customer expectations.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Perform sorting, stacking, cleaning, washing, stocking and inspection of cartons, pallets, or parts as assigned to support the operation
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly and effectively
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas, restrooms, and workspaces, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Address employee requests and concerns regarding facility maintenance in a professional manner

- Grounds maintenance
- Painting & cleaning walls, doors
- Window/mirror cleaning
- Trash/recycling removal
- Wipe down and sanitizes surfaces in common areas…cafeterias, coffee areas
- Cleans, sanitizes, and stocks restrooms
- Handles leaf and snow removal as needed
- Vacuuming & mopping
- Cleans light fixtures
- Maintains inventory of consumables, cleaning supplies etc.
- Coordinates with subcontractors for special services…i.e. carpet wash etc.
- Other tasks as instructed by Maintenance Supervisor
- Meets TKMNA Employee Attributes/Competencies

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of general repair techniques
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Must be able to work from heights
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Sound understanding of hand and power tools ( screwdrivers, wrenches, impact drills)
- Proactive and positive attitude towards addressing maintenance needs
Preferred Requirements
- 2-3 years of previous experience in facility maintenance, janitorial work, or a related field in an industrial environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
- Ability to operate a forklift
