Your main responsibilities

  • Coordinate, verify and design mechanical building systems for various projects for different sectors (institutional, office, commercial, cultural and residential)
  • Help carry out surveys of existing conditions, draw up plans using AutoCAD and Revit, and write specifications
  • Prepare budget estimates and work schedules
  • Work closely with the project team to develop solutions tailored to client needs
  • Provide technical support for layout and design

Your Profile

  • College diploma (DEC) in a relevant field such as architectural technology, electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent
  • Fluency in spoken and written French
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software
  • Resourceful, collaborative and project-oriented
  • Knowledge of relevant standards and design codes, including the Canadian
  • Electrical Code (Asset)
  • Interest in functional and architectural lighting (Asset)
