Your main responsibilities
- Coordinate, verify and design mechanical building systems for various projects for different sectors (institutional, office, commercial, cultural and residential)
- Help carry out surveys of existing conditions, draw up plans using AutoCAD and Revit, and write specifications
- Prepare budget estimates and work schedules
- Work closely with the project team to develop solutions tailored to client needs
- Provide technical support for layout and design
Your Profile
- College diploma (DEC) in a relevant field such as architectural technology, electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent
- Fluency in spoken and written French
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software
- Resourceful, collaborative and project-oriented
- Knowledge of relevant standards and design codes, including the Canadian
- Electrical Code (Asset)
- Interest in functional and architectural lighting (Asset)
