Description:
SUMMARY OF POSITION
This is a skilled position whose overall duties and responsibilities are to assure that the following listed duties and tasks are efficiently accomplished.
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION
A high school diploma or equivalent required.
College or Technical Service School preferred.
MINIMUM REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
A minimum of 3 years experience in construction or maintenance, OR
1 Year related experience with a vocational training certificate
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Proficient in all aspects of the building trades.
- Must have skills required for maintenance such as drywall, tile, roofing, insulation, ceiling grid, painting, and general maintenance.
- Self-Starter and ability to work individually or part of a team.
- Must have sufficient command of the English Language to accomplish assigned responsibilities.
