THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are seeking a dynamic individual who:

  • Holds a degree in Fire Safety Engineering or an equivalent qualification, with Chartered status in Fire Engineering being a plus.
  • Has experience preparing Building Safety Cases and Fire Risk Assessments .
  • Possesses strong knowledge of fire safety legislation and building regulations .
  • Demonstrates excellent project management , organisational , and communication skills .
  • Exhibits strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

As a Building Manager , your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring compliance with statutory and non-statutory duties for housing and related properties.
  • Working alongside the Strategic Compliance Manager to deliver Building Safety Cases, Fire Risk Assessments, and Building Registration Certificates.
  • Developing risk management strategies for Building Safety and implementing effective action plans.
  • Managing projects to ensure timely, on-budget delivery that meets quality standards.
  • Upholding the standards set by the Building Safety Act 2022 , Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022 , and Social Housing Regulation Act 2023 .You will also be responsible for building strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners to achieve success.
