Responsibilities:

What you will be doing:

  • Handling water leaks and building emergencies;
  • Foster a friendly and professional environment for residents, prospects, service providers and contractors, while maintaining a high level of customer service;
  • Ensure resident issues and service requests are addressed within 24 hours;
  • Show available suites to prospective residents and maintain unit rental levels;
  • Administer all collection of rent payments, increases and deposits.
  • Schedule move ins and outs and process all associated documentation;
  • Establish and maintain comprehensive files on current tenants, suppliers and contractors;
  • Ensure proper physical maintenance of the building and surrounding property, maintaining the health and safety of the building;
  • Effectively manage and coordinate resources and activities to accomplish property goals;
  • Oversee contractors to ensure required maintenance and repairs are completed properly;
  • Coordinate activities of the on-site cleaners in addition to some cleaning duties as required;
  • Implement and maintain policies and procedures for all building daily operations, including: setting work schedules, responding to customer inquiries and complaints and ensuring policy and procedure are followed;
  • Other clerical office duties that may arise
