Overall job purpose
To assist and support the Repair and Maintenance Manager to deliver a comprehensive maintenance service effectively and efficiently supporting a culture that encourages positive collaboration, respect and support and empowers team members to be comfortable accepting responsibility and accountability for their work.

The post will focus on the delivery of the servicing, inspecting and compliance elements of the Service; focusing on the key areas below;

• Fire Safety
• Asbestos Management
• Gas Safety
• Water Safety and Hygiene
• Electrical Safety
• Lift Equipment Safety

The postholder will assist the Repair and Maintenance Manager to develop of up-to-date system-based work processes and to manage the systems to deliver an efficient service safely.
