This role involves managing the design, coordination, and installation of Mechanical and Electrical systems across high-density residential projects, ensuring quality and innovation at every stage.

BUILDING SERVICES ENGINEER SKILLS:
- Oversee and monitor the quality of M&E system installations from design coordination to final commissioning and handover.
- Collaborate with site construction teams to resolve onsite issues, ensuring M&E systems are installed efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Act as a liaison between design teams, ensuring seamless integration of M&E systems with architectural and structural elements.
- Manage and coordinate M&E subcontractors to meet project schedules and quality standards.
- Engage with utility providers, local authorities, and design teams to secure timely delivery of essential services such as electricity, water, gas, telecommunications, and public lighting.
- Plan and manage the modification or diversion of existing site services in collaboration with utility providers.
- Contribute to innovation and value engineering processes, identifying and implementing cutting-edge M&E systems and products.
- Oversee the management of temporary utility systems, including electricity and water, for active construction sites.
