WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a relevant field.
  • Experience in leadership within the services industry, focusing on aligning service strategies with company goals and driving operational excellence.
  • Proven track record of effectively managing P&L, achieving financial goals, and fostering a culture of high performance within teams.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of any Nordic language is advantageous.
    We are seeking a candidate with strong business acumen, financial expertise, and strategic insight to drive performance, support countries, and shape future business development. If you possess outstanding interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, along with analytical and problem-solving abilities, we’d like to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the regional services strategy, concentrating on performance and future business development in alignment with company goals.
  • Oversee the P&L of the services organization in the Nordic Baltic zone, emphasizing country support and operational excellence
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service delivery, strong customer connections, and initiatives that enhance customer retention.
  • Drive operational efficiency by streamlining processes and resources, supporting countries to deliver services efficiently while maintaining high quality.
  • Lead the development of a high-performing team of service professionals, setting performance objectives and nurturing a culture of high performance
